Vivek Agarwal is an Associate Director in the Arup Aviation Team, based in the Dubai office.  He is an accomplished Aviation Professional with 20+ years’ global experience of advising Airlines, Airports, Governments, and Investors in delivering major infrastructure projects & making a positive impact on their business decisions.  

Most recently, Vivek led the design review and stakeholder engagement for Hamad International Airport’s $2.1 Billion expansion programme and 2022 FIFA WC readiness, he was the ORAT-Lead leading to the successful opening of KKIA Terminal 1 at Riyadh Airport and has successfully managed and delivered several master planning, capacity optimisation, technology enhancement and airport privatisation projects in Europe, S. America, Africa, and the Middle East.  

Vivek is PMP® Certified and is currently engaged in leveraging his experience in developing the Arup Aviation brand in the Middle East and India which are among the strongest aviation growth markets.
