About the Moderator

Dorian Reece is a Partner at Deloitte, leading the Infrastructure & Real Estate practice in the Middle East, and holds the role Global Head of Airports. With over 15 years at Deloitte in both the UK and Middle East, Dorian brings more than 22 years of experience in commercial strategy and corporate finance, primarily within the transport sector.

He has a diverse skill set, having held positions at airports in England and Australia, as well as numerous consultancy roles. Dorian has assisted organisations and consortiums in acquiring transport assets across Europe and the Middle East, and has supported them in implementing their acquisition strategies. Additionally, he has advised several governments on their national aviation strategies, and is currently aiding the implementation of PPP programmes related to national transport assets such as airports, airlines, ports, and railways.
