About the Speaker

Albert has been with the Aviation Industry since 1992. He had some flying experience via a cadet pilot training programme. He acquired passenger handling experience back in Kai Tak era during his tenure with Jardine Airport Services Limited. 

Safety and Efficiency are his core responsibilities. He joined Airfield Department of Airport Authority Hong Kong in early 2000 and since then, he assumed various roles and took up various responsibilities including contract management; real-time operations; airport slots management; new destination incentive arrangement etc.. He is a Chairman of Airfield Operations and Safety Working Committee; Ramp Operations and Safety Working Committee; Runway Safety Team in Hong Kong and a member of ACI Regional Operational Safety Committee.
